Meet the Team

Eamonn manages both the Product Development and the Technical Services team.  A Building Services Engineer with a Masters in Energy Management, he has over 13 years’ experience and has led a number of product developments including our ECO360 range. Eamonn is a member of a number of key industry groups and presents widely on ESG, Sustainability and innovation.

Mark joined back in 2003 and leads the Technical Team for the UK and Ireland where he manages both technical support services and training. Mark specialises in thermal bridging, building energy performance and sustainability including life cycle analysis.

Marc joined in 2017 and provides technical expertise in the form of thermal & hygrothermal assessments. He regularly delivers presentations on various construction topics including Sustainability, Embodied Carbon and LCA. He also liaises and collaborates with various certification bodies.

Gratas joined the Technical Team in late 2021 and works to provide technical advice across our entire product range. Gratas specialised in Tapered Insulation Roof designs including our XtraFall roofing system. He has also recently undertaken training as a beekeeper as part of the company’s OneHome Sustainability pledge.

Conor joined in 2020, with a background in MMC and has specialised in Tapered Insulation Roof designs including our XtraFall roofing system. Qualified in construction technology, he is responsible for providing technical design and installation advice and support.

Paschal joined the team in 2007 where he provides technical support including U-Value calculations and condensation risk analysis to architects and customers across Ireland and the UK. He also provides expert installation guidance to contractors or customers.

Fiona joined the Technical Team in late 2023 and works to provide technical advice across our entire product range.

Ian joined the Technical Team in late 2023 and works to provide technical advice across our entire product range.
