One Self Builder’s uncompromising approach to thermal performance is reflected in his family home achieved a high A2 rating, with its primary energy score of 28.01 kWh/m2/yr coming within a whisker of an A1 rating.

The build uses 78.3% less energy and emits 79.9% less carbon emissions than the same house.
The dwelling reached airtightness test result at 50 Pa of 1.14 m3/hr/m2
