With COVID-19 precautions in place, Xtratherm’s
administrative activities are continuing as normal, albeit from home and with
restricted functionality. Our Customer Services team are supporting customers
in an effort to minimise business disruption and service any essential needs
they have. Our Technical, Specification and Sales teams are also available to
offer advice and answer technical queries.
While our business remains open, we have restricted our
operational activities to supply only essential orders directly connected to
the pandemic crisis. Our goal is to meet our commitments and we ask for your
patience and understanding as we fully deploy to remote working in servicing
existing orders.
