Customer Service Week at Unilin Insulation 2024

Every year in October, Unilin Insulation UK & Ireland celebrates Customer Service.
This year we kicked off Customer Service Week on Monday 7th to Friday 11th of October. The objective of this week is to recognise and celebrate the value of excellent customer service with a week of themed activities, games and prizes.

Our staff looked at topics such as the Future of Service, Service with Respect, Effective Service
Leadership, Reputation and Trust and of course, Recognition. Recognition of good service encompasses the hard work that not only the customer service team do every day but also all of our colleagues across the business who ensure that we supply a “Best In Class” service to every customer we engage with. To finish off the week, our Customer Service & Supply Chain team had an offsite on Friday where they participated in team-building activities in the Navan Adventure Centre.
