Xtratherm completes Acquisition of Ballytherm Operations in UK and Ireland

We are delighted that following clearance from the CCPC in Ireland, Xtratherm has completed the acquisition of Ballytherm’s operations in UK and Ireland.

This acquisition is in line with our division’s strategic growth ambition and this expansion enhances our operations in the UK and Ireland where we currently offer a wide and innovative range of insulation technologies.

We are looking forward to welcoming our new colleagues and customers into the broader Xtratherm/Unilin business.
